These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coal’s Goals mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Coal’s Goals (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the App.
Eligibility
Use of the App is intended for individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old, or sixteen (16) years old where required by local law.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors.
Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than those provided by Coal’s Goals.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account and associated data within the App settings. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
User Content
The App may allow you to upload or share photos, activity entries, comments, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit.
By submitting User Content through the App, you grant Coal’s Goals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing features of the App.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own the content you upload or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it
- the content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- the content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
Coal’s Goals reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or may expose Coal’s Goals to legal liability.
Acceptable Use
Coal’s Goals is built to celebrate healthy, happy adventures with your pup. Please be respectful and keep things friendly.
You agree not to use the App to upload, post, or share content that:
- is illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening
- is sexually explicit or offensive
- promotes violence or animal abuse
- infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- contains spam, malware, or harmful code
- otherwise violates these Terms or applicable laws
- is harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or intended to shame, bully, or threaten others
Coal’s Goals reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the App if we determine that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that may harm the App or its users.
App Use and Disclaimers
The App provides tools for tracking pet activities, goals, and rewards. These tools are provided for informational and recreational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, or training advice.
Coal’s Goals does not guarantee any specific outcomes from use of the App.
You are solely responsible for the activities you choose for your pet and assume all risks associated with those activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that activities tracked through the App are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coal’s Goals is not responsible for any injury, harm, or damages that may occur to you, your pet, or others as a result of using the App or following activity suggestions.
Modifications and Termination
Coal’s Goals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time.
We may also terminate or restrict your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive practices, or created risks or possible legal exposure for Coal’s Goals.
Copyright Complaints
Coal’s Goals respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that content available through the App infringes your copyright, you may notify us by contacting:

Your notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work
- identification of the content believed to be infringing
- your contact information
- a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
Coal’s Goals may remove allegedly infringing content and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Coal’s Goals disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- implied warranties of merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coal’s Goals, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access or use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
These Terms are between you and Coal’s Goals, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including claims arising from:
- product liability
- failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
- consumer protection laws
Any claims arising from use of the App must be brought solely against Coal’s Goals.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify users within the App or through other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
